Welcome!

June Fest is a celebration of community in the town of Newbridge, County Kildare. The festival will be celebrating its 30-year anniversary in 2025, having begun in 1995. It has grown in strength and diversity ever since. With art, music, heritage, dance, creative writing and family events, there is something for everyone.

Performances and exhibitions will be held in many great venues across Newbridge including the Town Hall, the Library, the Riverbank Arts Centre, the Keadeen Hotel, St Patrick’s Church, Ryston, Liffey Linear Park, Newbridge’s Main Street, Eyre Street & Market Square, the Curragh Racecourse and the Irish National Stud & Gardens among others.

June Fest works with many local community groups, schools and artists. Our aim is for everyone to feel welcome to take part in June Fest whether as an organizer, a participant or an audience member.

We would like to thank Life Credit Union for their kind sponsorship of Park Life, the Yarn Bomb, Newbridge Festival of Dance and the Family Fun Day; Safer Newbridge Community Partnership for supporting the new two-day The Big Weekend of music centred around Eyre Street and George’s Street; Kildare County Council for continuing to support us with grants; and the many local businesses who are involved in staging events or providing support services, especially Donovan Printing for their design assistance.

To all our performers, musicians, dancers, artists, speakers and volunteers, a huge thank you for being part of June Fest 25,
