The Big Weekend (June 7th & 8th) is an exciting new addition to June Fest this year which will see two days of fantastic live music, song walks, interviews and more.

On Sunday June 8th you can take part in a Mighty Chorus PRIDE Workshop in the Town Hall from 2-4pm, while at Market Square on Eyre Street, the Main Stage will host Big Generator, Ciaran Wynne and Joe Skylark, while a secondary corner stage will feature further musical acts throughout the day.

The current schedule (subject to change) for the outdoor events on Sunday is:

Corner Stage

1pm – 4pm – Acoustic Sets - Some of the town’s best young musicians take to the stage to perform throughout the early afternoon.

4pm – 5pm Ukelele Hour – Join the fantastic Kildare North Ukelele Club for 60 minutes of fun as they bring their uplifting, joyful performance to The Big Weekend.

Main Stage

5pm – 6pm Joe Skylark and the Glow In The Dark Sharks

6.30pm – 7.30pm Ciaran Wynne & his Band

8pm – 9.30pm Big Generator
